Sports-card prices and collectible values fluctuate continuously.

Any reference to market value, comparable sales, historical pricing or estimated value is informational only and is not a guarantee of future value.

Pricing

Prices may change at any time prior to completion of a purchase.

An item is not reserved until payment is successfully completed unless Lyons Cards expressly states otherwise.

Live Commerce

Lyons Cards may offer products and live breaks through third-party platforms such as Whatnot.

Transactions conducted through third-party marketplaces are also governed by those platforms’ terms, rules and policies.

Sports-Card Breaks

Sports-card breaks involve products containing random card contents.

Unless expressly stated otherwise and permitted by applicable platform rules, purchasing a break team or position does not guarantee:

•⁠  ⁠An autograph
•⁠  ⁠A relic
•⁠  ⁠A numbered card

Payment

Orders must be successfully authorized and paid before fulfillment.

Lyons Cards may cancel or review orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing errors or other material transaction issues, subject to applicable law.

These materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Collectible Value

Sports cards and collectibles may increase or decrease in value.

Lyons Cards does not provide financial or investment advice and does not guarantee future collectible value.

Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable Missouri law, subject to mandatory federal, state, consumer-protection and third-party marketplace requirements.
